The Vega 6X series Level transmitter is a non-contact level measurement device using the latest 80 GHz radar technology. Non-contact level measurement offers significant advantages over contact devices such as guided wave radar and capacitive systems where product abrasion and mechanical loading of cables and rods are not a consideration, we also don’t need to worry about snapped cables or rods snagging in silo mechanics.
The 80GHz technology ensures stable measurement during fillign and emptying when dust suspension is at its highest our unique swivel angle mounting flange allows installer to target the device precisely to optimize level measurement on sloping product surfaces. These devices were also specified with our air rinsing connection simplifying periodic maintenance.
